This 58-year-old female patient visited Dr. Alfonso after weight loss. Her main concern regarding an “arm lift” surgery was the scarring afterwards. Our Board-Certified Plastic Surgeons are dedicated to smooth results, so Dr. Alfonso strategically placed her scarring where it would be less noticeable.
