This is a 30-year-old woman who underwent a breast augmentation at Michigan's Bengtson Center. She was unhappy with the loss of volume following the birth of her first child and sought out a board-certified plastic surgeon in Grand Rapids to perform her procedure. The patient received silicone gel, style 410 implants placed through her inframammary fold in the partial submuscular position. Her implants are the full height, moderate projection (FM) devices, 375 cc bilaterally.
The patient transitioned from a 34B to a 34D post-operatively with a beautiful upper pole slope, which she was looking for, along with a natural appearance and proportional breast enlargement.
