52 year old woman who had a breast augmentation over 20 years ago, visted Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Brad Bengtson because she wanted much smaller impants. At her consultation with Dr. Bengtson, findings were that her right breast was ruptured and had a capsule contraction, and the left breast had a fold malposition. After discussing all options, Dr. Bengtson and the patient decided to remove her 450 cc implants and replace the right with 220 SRLP implant and the left with 210 SRLP Inspira round gel implant. A modified mastopexy was also performed.
